To celebrate 10 years of Gondwana Records, Soundcrash presents an all-day festival celebrating ten years of one of the UK’s finest labels. Founded in 2008, by Manchester-based trumpeter, composer and producer Matthew Halsall, Gondwana Records, turns 10 this autumn. Originally founded to shine a light on the Manchester scene, Gondwana Records is one of the UKs most influential jazz (and beyond) record labels, launching GoGo Penguin on the world and now home to an international roster featuring artists from as far afield as Los Angeles and Melbourne, Australia.
